Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide any justification.
How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, contact us at client@labrastone.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with the return instructions.
Conditions
- The item must be returned in its original, undamaged condition.
- It must be sent back in its original packaging.
- Items showing signs of wear or damage caused after delivery are not eligible.
Return Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item received.
Refund
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at client@labrastone.com with photos and we will make it right at no cost to you.
