These Terms and Conditions govern sales between Labrastone and any person wishing to purchase via the website www.labrastone.com (the “Customer”).

1. Products

Products are described and presented as accurately as possible. The Seller shall not be liable for any errors or omissions. Photographs represent the exact individual piece listed and are for illustrative purposes.

2. Prices

Prices are indicated in Euro (€), excluding taxes (VAT not applicable), and excluding delivery costs. The Seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but orders will be charged at the price in effect at the time of purchase.

3. Orders

Validation of an order implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The Seller reserves the right to refuse any order from a Customer with whom there is an unresolved dispute regarding payment.

4. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon ordering, by credit card or any other method offered on the site. Orders are considered final only after effective payment.

5. Delivery

Products are shipped to the address provided by the Customer. Delivery times are indicative only. The Seller shall not be liable for delays caused by external factors (force majeure, strikes, carrier issues, etc.).

6. Withdrawal & Returns

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has 14 days from receipt of the order to exercise the right of withdrawal, without justification. Products must be returned in their original condition. Return costs are borne by the Customer unless the return is due to a Seller error. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.

7. Legal Warranty

Products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).

8. Liability

The Seller cannot be held responsible for indirect damages related to product use or in cases of force majeure. The Customer is solely responsible for the use of the products.

9. Intellectual Property

All elements of the website (texts, images, graphics, logos, etc.) are protected by intellectual property rights and remain the exclusive property of Labrastone.

10. Personal Data

Data collected is used solely for order processing and customer relations. In compliance with GDPR, the Customer may access, rectify, or delete their data by contacting client@labrastone.com.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In case of dispute, parties shall first seek an amicable resolution. Failing that, jurisdiction shall lie with the competent court at the Seller’s registered office (Paris).
